Session 1. Ambiguity of the Image
This session examines visual ambiguity through the principles of Gestalt psychology and the mechanisms of optical illusion. Participants will investigate how perception operates by creating both analog and digital works that challenge the viewer’s interpretation. Through figure–ground relationships and more complex perceptual phenomena, the session connects artistic practice with recent research on visual cognition.

Session 2. Ambiguity of Aesthetics

Session 4. Ambiguity of Value
This session addresses the complex question of value in art. Participants will analyze why certain works are considered valuable while others are not, examining economic, social, cultural, and symbolic dimensions of value. Contemporary and emerging models of art distribution and sale will also be discussed.
